EI Associates is assisting Demarest Public Schools with the planning, design and construction of a Gym Addition at the Middle School.  The addition will be constructed along the north side of the school fronting Piermont Road just west of the existing basketball courts and will connect to the existing school corridor.  The proposed gym addition will also include a Nurse’s suite.  The addition measures approximately 13,000 sq.ft. and  accommodates the following program requirements:

 

• Nurse’s Suite with Toilet Room
• Gym Lobby with Men’s and Women’s Toilet Rooms
• 7,500 sq.ft. (per ed spec) Gym with roll-down curtain and bleachers for 277 spectators
• Girl’s Changing Room
• Boy’s Changing Room
• Gym Storage
• P.E. Office

 

EI is providing all architectural and engineering services covering NJDOE Submission, Detailed Design, Bidding and Construction Administration.
