EI Associates was hired to design comprehensive renovations to the 1958 HS Building, Athletic Fields and Site Improvements. Phase I included Artificial Field Improvements. Phase II was the Phased Building/Site Improvements, 11 Construction Phases comprising of:

•  Roof , Window and Door Replacements
• Exterior Masonry/Brick Restoration
• Gut Renovations of all Classrooms
• New Science Lab
• Common Area Renovations, ie:

Gut Renovations of Auditorium, Library, Cafeteria, Gym, Art Room, Home Ec., Toilet Rooms & Administration Areas

• ADA Improvements
• New Lobby Entrance
• New Elevator Addition
• Replacement of all Building Systems, ie,:

Unit Ventilators, New Boilers, New Rooftop AHU’s, New Interior Lighting, Electrical Service Upgrades, New Electrical and Plumbing Systems

• New Fire Sprinkler System
• Building-Wide Technology Infrastructure
• New Interior Finishes, ie:

New Flooring, Ceilings & Wall Finishes

• New Multipurpose “Rear” Athletic Fields & New “Front” Soccer Field

The third and final phase was the Site Paving/Sidewalk Replacement.
