Boston Properties retained EI Associates to provide architectural and engineering services associated with the design of an approximately 22,000 sq.ft. tenant space within 104 Carnegie Center in Princeton. EI Associates created the “Lease Exhibit”, which became the basis for the complete contract documents, to accommodate Boston Properties’ tenant, N’RG. EI Associates subsequently provided all project related space planning, interior design, architecture and engineering services through the construction of the improvements. Special attention was provided in the design and specification of lighting systems (up-light, recessed and soffit systems), a very important design element for NRG and their employees.
