Proposed Project encompasses the removal of the existing roof systems down to the deck and total replacement with a modified bituminous roof system on the low slope area and with standing seam metal roofing on the steep slope at the Wellsboro High School. The project also includes the removal of the existing siding and replacement with either a metal wall panel with an alternate to provide fiber cement rain screen system, along with upgrades to the existing subsurface storm water drainage system.
