A. Summary of Work (All bid packages)
a. West Branch Area School District (WBASD) is renovating their Elementary School. A public bid event will be held and include a General Trades Contract and a Plumbing Contract that only includes the Fire Suppression System. A Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement (GESA) with the school district will include the Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical work except for the Fire Alarm System, which the WBASD is contracting separately.
b. The project includes one addition (Large Group Instruction) and infilling one courtyard to make a new Maker Space/STEM area and a new Music area. The remaining building area will be fully renovated including new partition layouts forming corridor areas, classrooms, offices, and gang bathrooms among other space types.
c. The construction work will be phased as indicated in the Preliminary Project Schedule. Parts of the building will be occupied during the school year. During the summer, the work area will include the entire Elementary School (WBASD will not be using the school).

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Monday, September 16, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. in the High
