EI Associates is assisting Lohmann Therapy Systems with design/build services covering the replacement of two rooftop air handling units (RTUs) which serve an existing laboratory area at the 21 Henderson Drive facility. The two 1992 RTUs serve an existing QC R&D Laboratory.
The subject units, identified as AHU-1301 and AHU-1401, will be replaced with new 7,000 cfm (100% outside air) and 5,000 cfm (2,250 cfm outside air) units respectively. These CFM values represent a 20% increase over present unit capacity.
EI Associates is providing all project related engineering, procurement and construction management services. EI Associates has enjoyed a long standing relationship with Lohmann Therapy Systems and has executed many assignments on their behalf.
