EI was retained by Colliers to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services covering renovations to common areas within the 139,400 sq.ft., 3-story office building located at 465 South Street, Morristown, NJ. The building was constructed in 1990 and is fully leased with Atlantic Healthcare Services occupying 100% of the building. The building is owned by Healthpeak Properties, a leading healthcare REIT with over $20 billion of owned real estate.  The 465 building renovations started in 2021 and consisted of common area redesign, demolition, and construction of the atrium, three elevator lobbies, six corridors, and 12 restrooms. The renovations also included full elevator modernization and interior cab redesign, a new roof installation, and a new generator. The renovation work totaled almost $4M. The property is managed by Colliers.
