EI Associates assisted Paul Miller Porsche with the design of the fit-out of existing “raw” mezzanine space measuring approximately 5,200 sq.ft. The mezzanine is located above the Sales/Customer Service area and adjoins the high-bay showroom area of the Parsippany dealership. The fit-out also involved the design of a new, fire-rated egress stair and elevator. New skylights were installed to provide natural daylighting of the mezzanine area. New architectural finishes were selected consistent with the existing 1st floor finishes and new HVAC systems were designed to serve the renovated mezzanine area.  The mezzanine fit-out accommodates the following administrative program areas:

• General Open Office Area for Nine Cubicles
• Conference Room
• Pantry
• Closet
• Men’s and Women’s Toilet Rooms
• Two Private Offices
• HR Private Office
• File Storage
• Marketing Open Office Area for Six Cubicles
• HR Department for Eight Cubicles
