EI recently assisted one of our leading industrial clients with the collection and destruction of VOCs from their batch chemical processing facility. EI designed the process exhaust to be captured in a new Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO). The 5,000 SCFM RTO was designed for high thermal efficiency and to comply with NJDEP regulations. EI assisted our client with Conceptual Design through Construction Phase services covering Process, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural and Civil Engineering disciplines and provided the design of all structural components, natural gas piping to the RTO fuel train, compressed air piping to RTO air train, electric and ductwork to support the complete RTO installation.
